how do i upload a own made theme

  I wanna have a theme that i have made but i dont know how i can upload it can you help me?

  Hi there,
  You cannot upload themes to WordPress.com. Since it’s an open source platform, it’s only allowed to use WordPress.com themes.
  You can consider going with a self-hosted site with WordPress.org.
