how do i upload a post into a different menu/page

atm when i upload a post it displays a featured image on my home page. I would like to carry that through with all my pages

While it may be theme specific, I believe that Featured Images only appear on the front/home page of your site. You can’t normally set the Featured Image to be the Header in single post view.
If you want the same image to appear on the single post view, it can be done by simply including it at the top of the Post itself.
