How do I upload a Purchased Theme from Organic Themes?

I purchased the Structure theme from Organic Themes. On their website they state to install the new them to:
1. After purchasing and downloading an Organic Theme, navigate to Appearance > Add New Themes within the WordPress admin.
2. Choose the Upload option from the top of the page.
3. Select the .zip file of the downloaded Organic Theme and click Install Now.
4. Navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate the theme.
5. You’re done!I don’t have the “Add New Themes” option on my Dashboard under Appearance or anywhere else that I can see. I am not a coder and I don’t have an FTP program. How am I supposed to upload the theme I paid for so that I can utilize it on my site?

We cannot add themes at wordpress.COM, we are limited to the themes found in the dashboard under appearance > themes. Themes found on the internet are for self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/If you have CSS editing experience, you can get the paid custom CSS upgrade, which will allow you to stylize the themes here, but it does not allow you to change the functionality. Since there is no official support for the CSS upgrade, do not buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of CSS. Before buying the upgrade, you can go to appearance > edit CSS and wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try out changes before you buy the upgrade.

There is a free version of Structure yes but I wanted all the customization that comes with the paid version as the free version lacks several things.
If I’m transferring my web hosting to something like Go Daddy they are telling me I need a wp_content folder to upload all my content that I currently have on WP to post onto Go Daddy. Anyone know how to access that folder? Or does WP automatically do it when you transfer the hosting?

When you Export your content from here and Import it to your site on Godaddy the wp-content thing is taken care of automatically
Then make friends at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
They have getting started guidelines for the software you are using. DON’T delete your blog here, just set it to private so you can come back if you want. You will need to re-point to your new name-servers after you have made the transfer so your name goes with you.
I found the book WordPress for Dummies to be helpful when I first started with my WordPress.ORG site.
You can install the new Theme from your Dashboard if I remember correctly or learn about FTP access (not that hard really, I use FireFTP) .

After you install wordpress at your new host, you will have everything you need. Go to appearance > themes and click the “install themes” tab at the top. Click the “upload” link at the top of that page and then locate your theme zip file on your computer.
If all goes well it will install in a flash. There is the possibility you will get errors and if that happens, then you will have to either FTP it to the wp-content/themes folder.
