How do I upload a theam I like from http://topwpthemes.com/installation/

I am trying to start a blog. I really need a cool them. I am so lost I cant find anything that has all the things I want on it. I found one that I like on top wp themes but I don’t know how to get it on my blog. I have downloaded it to my computer and unzipped it. I found a way to open the parts individually and change them which is great cause I would love to change the color. How to I get it on the web page. I am trying so hard to make this look nice but I am getting discouraged I have been working on it so long and nothing is working. Can you offer any tips

If this is the blog you are talking about, http://prettyforpennies.wordpress.com/ , then you cannot use themes downloaded from the internet. You are limited to the themes listed under appearance > themes.
If you have CSS editing experience, then with the paid CSS upgrade, you can stylize the themes here, but you cannot change functionality, and you cannot edit the underlying theme files (HTML/PHP).
