how do I upload a theme

  Everywhere I look on WP, it says that if you have a WP theme you want to use, you can go to the theme tab and upload it. But, I am not finding that option available.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
