How do i upload a theme to my blog?

  I want to use the “modern blogger” theme (http://www.wpexplorer.com/modern-blogger-wordpress-theme.html) on my blog, but i don’t know how to install it. i already downladed it to my computer. And i tried to use FileZilla but i couldn’t even get FileZilla to accept the server. How can i do it? Is there a step by step process that you can give me?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That feature is only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. If you are CSS-savvy, you may want to look into purchasing the Custom CSS Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.
