How do I upload audio files to my WordPress.com hosted blog?

  I am trying to upload an audio file to my StinkbugWars.com site. When I click on add audio and select the file, it tells me that the format is not acceptable and then lists acceptable formats – none of which are audio files. Is this because I have a free WordPress.com hosted account? Is there a work-around?

  You will need to add a Space Upgrade to your WordPress.com site in order to upload audio files to your blog. You can add that in your Upgrades page at http://stinkbugwars.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php.
