how do I upload an audio .wav file

  I cannot get an audio .wav file to upload. I have purchased the space upgrade and still keep getting error cannot upload media.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry for trouble uploading your .wav file. Could you describe the exact steps you’re taking to upload the audio file, and copy and paste the exact error message that you get? That will help me investigate this for you.

  exact msg says error saving media attachments. I go to media>add new>browse>click on file I want and highlight what I want to post from the file>click open>upload. this is where the saving media attachment appears. donot know to copy and paste the message. the audio I am trying to post is a wave file and yes I have purcahsed additional storage

  Thanks for sharing those details. I have just a few more questions to try to narrow down why that file won’t upload:

  1. After you to go Media > Add New, can you try uploading the file with both the browser uploader and the multi-file uploader to see if it makes a difference for you?

  2. Have you tried uploading any other files (other audio files or images) to see if they work for you? It would help to know if the problem is with this specific audio file or if nothing is uploading for you.

  3. What is the name of the .wav file you’re trying to upload, and how large is it? Sometimes the name and size of a file can cause problems with uploading. This page is about images, but some of the same issues can come up when uploading other media: Troubleshooting Images

  4. Would you mind if I test the problem by uploading one or two test files to your media library? That will help me figure out if there is a problem with the blog itself.
