How do I upload files?

Hi, I’ve had a wordpress site created for me but am now having trouble uploading the files onto my site. Where do I start?
I have a load of .php files
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sites on WordPress.com do not have FTP access, in another word, you’re not able to upload PHP files on to your WordPress.com sites.
If you need to upload the PHP files to setup your WordPress site, then it should be a DIY/self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
