How do I upload mp3 encoded by garage band?

    I have recently run into issues trying to upload mp3 files to our site. Incidentally, they were encoded by garage band. I have never had this problem before, and I can’t even upload files I have previously uploaded to our site. Can you advise please? I am not sure what else to do. I have tried also to upload the same files re-encoded by another program, and I ran into the same problem.
