How do I upload my site?

Hello! I made a mistake of trying a new theme and it wiped out my website. I want to upload my old site back onto wordpress – I had downloaded my old themed wordpress site in case I messed it up – the problem is I don’t know how to upload it – can anyone help?

Kindly note that uploading custom themes is possible on a Business or eCommerce plans.
