How do i upload my theme to my premium account?

I upgraded to a premium account and I am an admin on the site but some how I cannot uplpoad a theme/template to the site and I cannot upload a plugin to my site. I am getting really frustrated as I am on a deadline working on this site and all these problems are slowing the process down even more.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
