How do I upload the Genesis framework that I bought from Studio Press?

  I recently purchased the “Amped Child” theme from studiopress.com and along with my purchase came genesis framework. I have spent the last two days trying to figure out how to put this theme onto my blog and every time I search I get the same “easy” steps; (Go to your dashboard, click on appearance, click on add new theme, upload genesis, then upload amped child). The problem I am facing is I do not have an upload, add new theme, install, etc. option. Please help me, I’m losing my mind.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
