How do I upload video?

    I bought Video Press yesterday. I am cancelling it this afternoon. I cannot get it to upload video to a new blog post. When I try to upload, I get a screen that says the video is being processed. I let that run for a half hour or more and followed other instructions on your Video Press FAQ. This feature just does not work loading a 45 second video clip from an iMac. For others, be careful and cancel within the two day window of purchase if this does not work for you.

    The refund period for your upgrade is 30 days.
    Could you give it another try and open the video file in QuickTime? Then select “Save for Web” from the File menu, then try uploading the new file.
