how do i use a custom header image?

i’m trying to upload my custom header in the twenty eleven theme. It doesn’t seem to show up. i’m using and image that is 1000*288 and I’ve tried jpg and gif. It looks like it’s trying to show, but it has that little document image that shows something didn’t load right. It does show up while viewing on my cell phone(which is weird) What am I doing wrong?

When I visit your site, I’m able to see your custom header image. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that resolves the problem?
