How do I use a domain name registered with 1and1 please?

  Hello…I have a domain name registered with 1and1. My questions is that I’m not sure how to configure 1and1 so that it redirects that domain to my wordpress blog. What I have entered is the following in the “forwarding address”:

  http://ns1.wordpress.com

  I am hoping that this will work but would appreciate any advice that you might have.

  Follow these instructions to map an existing domain, if you already have a domain that you registered elsewhere, and you want to map to that domain from your .wordpress.com blog. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  For the 1and1 email follow those instructions (thanks to Bryan Villarin) :

  Manage Your DNS Records

  and then for 1and1 just enter :

  MX 10 mx00.1and1.com.
  MX 20 mx01.1and1.com.

  Save and it’s done !
