How do i use a website i aleredy have coded

Hello, i have a website i have coded bofore i got wordpress and i want to use it, i have other files too get my websitw work.
Can i use a FileZilla or something to upload it and edit if i need. And give the answer in norwegian, sweedish or danish

This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture. There is no FTP access and we bloggers cannot access metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and install themes or plugins.
