How do I use bookmarks?

  How can I use bookmarks to go to different places in the document? Say you have a short list in the start of the document and you select different words there that takes you to different places in the document. I know that you can use the #label mark to go to a different place, but how do I use it?

  It sounds like you need to create page jumps within the document (also known as anchor links).
