How do I use CSS to get my sidebar on my homepage?

  Hello,

  I am very new to CSS, and i need some help customising my theme. The theme I am using is the one I want, but the sidebar is not available on the homepage of my blog. I can only get the sidebar to appear when I click through to a blog post.

  Is there any way I can get the sidebar to appear on my homepage by using CSS?

  Hi there, CSS is a styling document used by browsers to position and style the elements of a webpage. It cannot be used to add functionality, such as a sidebar to a page that does not have one. This would require editing of the theme PHP script files, and we cannot edit theme files here at WordPress.com.
