How do I use Google Analytics on WordPress?

Hello, Happiness Engineers! I had this site – BestPartOfTheCivilWar.org created by someone else. Since it’s been turned over to me, I’ve been trying to figure out how to include Google Analytics so I can report to the four communities who support this marketing venture. If not GA, then do you have a web analysis tool I can use?
    thank you!

btw – there is no blog – yet…… but it was a required field.

We don’t currently support Google Analytics on the WordPress.com side, but we do have a great stats tool you can use.

Thanks, man! I had seen this feature, but since we don’t have a blog and we want to track our site similar to how analytics does it – we’d like to see unique visitors, referral sites, all those wonderful things that tell us how we’re doing – so, how does this tool help me do that? I’m not seeing anything except for the one graph.
    thanks!

  • Actually, the graph will list unique visits and referrals will appear below the graph.

You just need to collect some data first. :)

Let is run for a day, and you should see some awesome stats.
