How do I use irregular grid of my Featured Content area?

  Hello there

  I tried to use the Apostrophe 2 theme (https://wordpress.com/theme/apostrophe-2), but I can’t use the irregular grid, like in the demo. How do I do this (rectangle + square on the first row and then square + rectangle on the second one)?
  Do I have to choose a specific type of block or a block pattern? I am actually using « Blog articles », but this shows only squares…

  Alternatively, is there a way to see how this website was EXACTLY configured (for exemple, to copy-paste and edit the blog)?

  Hi, that site is using Illustrator right now, but if you wanted to switch back to Apostrophe you can achieve that look by featuring a few posts:
