How do I use my template I bought as a page and what is going on?

I wanted a page to use as a website not a blog for my photography business I have bought a premuim photography template which I just cant seem to use don’t know were my photo’s are going they are not on the preview HeLppppp!

You can’t use purchased templates on a wordpress.com blog, you can only use them on a self-hosted wordpress.org blog. Here is the difference:
