How do I use pdf files to customize a header?

    I just spent money to be able to convert pdf files to doc and excel because when trying to customize the header those files are listed as supported. I have a pdf of our logo and need to be able to use it. Please help.

    Hi there,

    PDF files are supported as a file type which is allowed to be uploaded to your Media Library, but it is not able to be used in your Header. Only typical image files such as jpg/jpeg, gif, and png files with dimensions of at least 940 by 198 pixels will work for your header.
