How do I use the domain credit in my $99 value bundle?

    I am updating my 2000s-era website and moving it to WordPress. I started my WordPress blog, and purchased the $99 Value Bundle, which is supposed to include a one-year subscription for a Domain Name/Mapping. I have two domains (registered with Network Solutions) for my old website: a .com and a .org. I followed the instructions to map the .org to my WordPress blog; however, it appears that WordPress has charged me the $13 subscription for the mapping, although one mapping was supposed to come free with my Value Bundle.

    How do I take advantage of the free Domain Mapping that comes in my bundle, so that I can map the .com to my WordPress blog without being double-charged?

    Hi there Haley,

    It looks like although you may have been told you were charged, that you were not ultimately charged. Do you have an active charge for this on your bank statement?

    Please don’t post any of your private information – if we need to, we can switch to a private ticket.

    Thanks so much! You’re right – I checked my bank statement, and I was only charged for the value bundle; I was not charged extra for the domain mapping. So we’re good. Thank you for checking on that and clarifying that for me. Much appreciated!
