How do I use the /email block?

Hello,
What the title says please. I have searched for a video from wordpress but search results are bringing totally different results (for blocking emails).
I have also searched on all blocks on the WP area but didn’t find any article.

Hello! Are you talking about the Email Field block?
If, so it will allow you to capture an email address from your visitor or you can click the blue plus sign and add more options to your form.
One you add the fields you want, you can arrrange them as needed. In the block settings you can input the address where you want to receive submissions. They will also be saved in your account.
If you don’t want to build from scratch, you can also just use the Form block and choose a template to customize.

Stil don’t understand. Is that to collect email-address from someonw else, or to show my own email address?

From someone else, the person visiting your page will see a text field they can type in and it will be emailed to you.
You can think of it as a contact form with only one field, unless you click the blue arrow and add more fields like Name, Birthday, or Phone Number.
