How do I use the Food Menus in Confit theme?

    How do I use the Food Menus in Confit theme?

    I cannot find any relationship between the Food Menus and either the Menu items or Pages. Nor is there any indication that these might be Premium upgrades.

    I would have thought I could create, for example, a main Food Menu and have some subsidiary Food Menus such as Lunch, Dinner, Bar.
