How do I use the image on my post as the thumbnail for Facebook share? Please

  I am desperate to resolve this but have spent so much time trying. I used an image well over 200-200 in my post but when I share the post on Facebook it will not give me that picture as an option for thumbnail! Please help me.

  I’m sorry, but it is completely up to Facebook to choose which images are used when you share a post, and WordPress.com doesn’t have any control over that.
