How do I use the same email address for another blog

I am creating a new blog . I had a previous blog which I deleted. The email which I used for my other blog, is the one I want to use for my new one but it wont let me. How do I fix this problem?

Hi there. You can only have one account per email address. Deleting a blog does not delete the account (i.e. username) that created that blog.
To use that email address you’ll need to log in as the username associated with that email and create the blog from within that account. You can have as many blogs as you like in one account.
If you’ve forgotten your login info for that account you’ll need to fill out the Account Recovery Form to regain access. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
