I have downloaded and installed the zipped file from http://tablepress.org/info/#download but I do not know how to integrate it into wordpress. Please explain to me in simple terms how to do that. Thank you.

Plugins are not available on WordPress.COM sites for security reasons. You need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site for plugins.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are two completely different and separate platforms.
