  i want to invite all my hotmail , yahoo ,gmail refiddmail contact to visit and get subscirbed my blog ?
  how do i do please help ?

  I’m afraid we don’t have a feature that allows you to send a notification email to all of the contacts in your email accounts. However, you can always send out a mass email with a link to your blog URL via your email address book.
