How do instruct new followers to sign up without all the donotreply@wordpress

Please help me make the process of adding new members easier….when a new person tries to follow our blog, it sends an email form donotreply@wordpress and nothing in the message says anything about our blog?

There is really no way around that set. What they receive is a confirmation email which requires them to click an activation link.
If they don’t click the link, their subscription is not activated.
This prevents less-than-honorable bloggers from just signing up (aka spamming) hundreds of folks without their consent.
