How do invitees access my blog?

  Apologies, but I cannot seem to locate the specific answer that I require.
  I’m a teacher and I’ve been asked to remove my class blog from public access, but still need it for my class to access during lessons/at home.
  I invited them using the Invitation page, selected viewer, they clicked accept, but we have some confusion how they login.
  Ideally, I would prefer them to have a login/password (the same for all) that would allow them all to be logged in at the same time.
  Please, if your time permits, advise.
