How do Links in the Stats work?

    Under the stats of my dashboard, I only have one incoming link. But I know I have a lot more places linking me because of referrers. I also know I am on the blogroll of several other blogs, as well as linked in many forum posts (excluding comments on blogs).
    I was just wondering what constitutes an incoming link and what does not?

    The incoming links feature uses Google Blog Search, I bet not all the links are there because it’s still in beta. I’ve noticed this “Issue” myself, it appears that when a link is new it’s in the list and then after a few days it goes away.
