How do my Author "users" enter my account to post to my blog?

  How do my author “users” access my account?

  I’ve invited some friends to be author in my blog, but they don’t seem to be able to enter my account from the invitations they received from me from the “invite users” page/app. How do they enter? I had one person register from the sign in form they get from the invitation, but to no avail.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for replying: yes, I followed the instruction on the page/links that you provided, but unless I’ve missed something, my authors can’t seem to access my account to be an author. Someone suggested that I have to give them my password, which for me seems to be the same as letting someone have total access to my account (so that is NOT going to happen. Two of my authors have started their own accounts in WP to access, “My Blogs”, but so far, to no avail.

  HELP! Please.
