How do new authors find their way to post after they have accepted authoring?

  I entered myself at a new email and new name as a new author. I got a screen that asked me to fill in name and password. When I logged in to wordpress.com with the new name and password, I got a screen that didn’t let me into the blog site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Rick,

  Just so I understand, you created a new account under a different username and email address. You are looking to add that user to your current blog http://grantsiq.wordpress.com/. Is that correct?

  Were you able to successfully create your new user account? If so, you can invite yourself to be a contributor on the blog following the instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  If you were unable to create your username, you will first need to do that following the sign-up flow here:

  https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1

  Once you’ve created a user account, you should be able to add yourself to the blog.
