How do other people add to my blog?

    I am setting up this blog for a club. I want to be able to have several other people access the editorial side of the blog–that is, writing features, editing, etc. How can I make this happen? I’ve already sent invitations but the sign up (to be only an editor for this blog) is confusing–even when we think we’ve followed directions, the results are not what we are looking for.
    Also, where do I pre-read comments sent to the sight? Where do readers log in?

    The invitations are actually a two-step process.

    The invitations invite them to create a WordPress.com account. Once they have a WordPress.com account, you can add them as users to your blog.
