How do others look up my blog

My address (URL) that it says I have is fashiondrenched.wordpress.com. Yet when I type it into google nothing comes up. How can I fix this

I have been trying to cancel my free trial of the WordPress Premium Upgrade prior to the beginning of the renewal process. I have followed all of the procedures to complete cancellation yet it continues to state “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.” I would like to cancel the upgrade and be refunded any money that may have been charged. I have emails to prove that I have tried to cancel the upgrade prior to the start of the renewal process.
I was charged 99$ yesterday. I would like a full refund on te premium thank yoy -
