How do people find my blog?

  Stupid question I’m sure, but I have no idea how people will find/see my blog.

  I am a journalist from Sindh, Pakistan, working on environment. I don’t know even the basics of technicalities to mentain a blog. So please hlep me what to do? so people, specially environmentalists could see my page
