  How do people follow my (office) blog?

  For visitors to your site who have a WordPress.com account, they will see a “Follow” button in their grey Admin Bar at the top of the screen. If they click on this button while on your site, they will automatically subscribe to your blog.

  For visitors without a WordPress.com account, you will need to add the Blog Subscription Widget to your page by going to your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets page. Here, you will need to drag the Blog Subscriptions Widget from the list of available Widgets to your Sidebar.
