  We have started our blog but how do people subscribe to our blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They can subscribe to your RSS feed at:

  Or, by email using the Blog Subscription widget:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/

  (you can put this in your sidebar from Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard)
