How do people who are not members of wordpress subscribe to my blog?

  how do others who do not belong to wordpress subscribe to my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can activate a “Follow Me/Subscribe” widget. Then when the guest on your blog has WordPress, he/she will see a “Follow Me” button, but when the reader is not logged on to WordPress (or doesn’t have one), he will see an “enter your email to receive updates” box. :-)
