How do prevent my video from starting automatically?

I am currently using a dailymotion video and it auto-starts as soon as visitors visit my page. It makes it difficult for people to read when the video is always plaing in the background.

The shortcode simply copies in the information from DailyMotion and displays it, so I think the designation of whether the video auto starts is on the video page itself. To check this, could you tell me the URL of the video you are trying to embed?
