I have been having a lot of trouble trying to insert media into my posts. the images somehow get converted in to a box with a “?” inside and I can’t seem to manipulate the size of the image when I insert it into the post. Please help. the images don’t have much of an impact when they can’t be seen by the readers.

Howdy,
Is there a particular post experiencing this problem? Flipping through the site, all of the pictures appear to be working.
Has thing been a long ongoing problem or a single instance?
Thanks for your patience as we get you up and working. Cheers!

thanks–
I corrected the issue by taking another picture, not editing it, and then inserting it into the post.
What happens when I edit photos, or try to set one as a featured image, is that the image turns into a box with a question mark in the center. The reader can see the image by clicking on the question mark but it is not visible otherwise. -
That shouldn’t happen! I’ll send an e-mail to the e-mail address registered with this account. Could you attach one of the images that you had uploaded and edited for me to run some checks?
To confirm, you’re writing a new post, click Add Media, upload the image, then edit it, and insert it into the post. When you do that, the picture fails to load, correct?
I can’t duplicate that at the moment, so I’d to try with one of your images.
Thanks for your patience!
