how do to change home to appear as the first menu

    Hello, I’m new and my blog is called myhealthjourneytodayblog.wordpress.com. Now, I have been trying to change My home page to appear as the first one on the menu but failed. About page is the one there and when trying to switch it with home, still it can’t display.
    Have gone to appearance, added the page I wanted to move, saved chages, dragged home on top but on refreshing, still about page appears to be the first one?
    Kindly help….
