How do use custom made themes? Help!

    Hi! I have downloaded a WordPress CSS theme from the internet. Now, I am an idiot sometimes. I know I have to pay for the CSS upgrade, which is fine. What do I do with this file that I downloaded though? On blogger it’s a bit easier, since all you have to do is hit “upload” and it will grab the file from the computer and upload it…no genius needed. How do I do this here?
