How do viewers of blog know what to do to leave a comment.

  Viewers of my blog don’t know how to leave a comment. Do they need a word press account first to do so? Should I place a note on my blog that they have to sign up for a word press account to make a comment? I have had feedback that they can’t leave a comment.

  The should be able to leave comments via the comment form under your posts, like http://jovinacooksitalian.com/2012/04/23/how-to-use-beans-in-italian-cooking/#respond

  Please note that you can control who comments via settings that you enable at Settings -> Discussion in your blog’s Dashboard.
