how do we add new users to our wordpress account

    There are a few writers that will be dealing with this blog. I am wondering if you can tell me where to signup the few people who need access? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Here are the steps you can follow to add contributors to your blog:

    Step 1: Click on People–>ADD in your site menu.
    Step 2: Type the user’s email address or WordPress.com username.
    Step 3: Select a role from the dropdown. Each user role has different privileges on the site, so choose carefully.
    Step 4: Optionally, you can enter a custom message that will be sent in the invitation to the person.
    Step 5:Click the Send Invitation button.
    Step 6: After sending the invitation, the person that you invited will receive an invitation email.

    Once the user clicks the “Accept Invitation” button in that email, they will now be able to access your blog by visiting the My Blogs section of their dashboard when they log in to WordPress.com.

    Note: Added users cannot log in using /wp-admin/, only the original creator/owner can. In order for added users to log in, use wordpress.com.
