How do we attribute upgrade payments we made to our billing history?

    2 upgrade payments on our account are not appearing on our billing history. We think they might be attached to a former staff member’s name but need to to transfer them to our account so we can see the bills and manage them.

    Hi there!

    We can’t transfer Billing History between users. If there are upgrades on another account that you need to manage, we’ll need the owner of that account to contact us to transfer the upgrades.
