How do we communicate with a human being at WordPress about Blaze advertising?

    I’m trying to find out why WordPress is not honoring the $50 Blaze credit for advertising. Who do I contact? Emails come from (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am a paying customer. I have given you money.

    Start of rant:

    I have realized that there is no one at WordPress that can assist except for AI. I have tried for over an hour. How do we contact someone? I have never encountered this. Usually there is someone who will eventually appear if you ask but there is no one. It’s infuriating. They just bill my card and have not added the $50 ad credit. Even the worst providers on the planet eventually have a person who breaths that will communicate. Chat, email, fax, phone, mail, pigeon… something.

    I understand your frustration. For Blaze advertising credits and billing issues, you need to contact WordPress.com support directly.

    Here’s how:
    Contact Support:
    Go to: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
    Log into your account
    Select Email Support or Live Chat (if available on your plan)
    Choose the topic: Billing or Blaze
    Explain the $50 credit issue
    Important: I’m tagging this thread with modlook so WordPress.com staff can also look into your issue here.


    What to include when contacting support:
    Your transaction/order details for the Blaze credit
    Screenshots of the $50 credit offer
    Your account email (the one you mentioned)
    When you made the purchase
    The support team should be able to investigate why the credit wasn’t applied and fix it for you.


    I know it’s frustrating, but the support team will be able to resolve billing issues – volunteers in the forums can’t access account or billing information.

    I really appreciate your reply especially since WordPress has gone AWOL. Apparently they do not have anyone after a certain time during the day. Your response helped.
