    Recently we found out that our official website crashed, do you know how to get it back online?

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    I see only one site in your account, https://heroicfaithpress.wpcomstaging.com/, and that site is working fine for me. However, the Business Plan you had on that site expired a few weeks ago, and has since been removed from the site. This means neither your custom domain, nor the plugins you have installed currently works.

    If you want to add a new Business Plan to that site, let me know and I can send you a link to pay for it again – in this case you won’t be able to buy a new plan yourself, but we’ll need to add it to the site manually.
